About Mennonites
An Anabaptist tradition named after the Dutch reformer Menno Simons. Mennonites practice adult baptism, nonviolence, and community service. Persecution scattered them across Europe and later to Russia and the Americas. Today the largest communities are in Africa and North America, alongside the Mennonite Central Committee relief work.
